The Frankie and Bella Mystery Series features Frankie Mosconi, a young man from an Italian-American family who aspires to be a “private investigator.”  After taking a job with his uncle’s private security company, he teams up with Bella Montoya, a college student from Mexico who is temporarily living in the United States. In The Fourth Bullet, a man has been murdered in his home and his wife, an old friend of Frankie's uncle, is arrested for the crime. Frankie and Bella set about trying to prove the wife's innocence.
